The Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.) offered their entry list for the 2022 Boston Marathon with color coded bid numbers. Red bibs (numbers 261-7,800) were assigned to Wave 1 for 10:00 a.m. start time. White bibs (numbers 8,000-15,999) were assigned to Wave 2 for 10:25 a.m. start time, while Blue bibs (numbers 16,000-23,999) were assigned to Wave 3 for 10:50 a.m. as starting time.
